Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27-Aug-2026

Last updated: 26-Aug-2026

1. Who we are

This site is owned and operated by Podcast Ads LLC, Ontario Canada limited liability company ("Podcast Ads", "we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through mypodcastcreative.com and any related pages, forms or booking links (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

For the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, Podcast Ads LLC is the data controller for information collected through the Site.

2. Scope

This policy covers the Site and our sales and marketing activity. It does not cover information we process on behalf of a client under a signed services agreement, where the client is the controller, and we act as a processor. In that case, the client's own privacy notice and our data processing terms apply.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you book a call, submit a form, email us or otherwise get in touch, we may collect:

Name, business name, job title and role

Email address and telephone number

Website or store URL

Approximate monthly advertising spend, platforms used and other qualification details you choose to share

Anything else you include in a message, form field or call

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect:

IP address and approximate location derived from it

Device type, operating system, browser and screen size

Referring URL, landing page, pages viewed, time on page and scroll depth

Click and interaction events, including video plays and button clicks

Cookie identifiers and similar identifiers, including advertising identifiers

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics platforms, our scheduling provider, our email and CRM providers, and publicly available business sources. Where we receive information from a platform such as Meta, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply to it.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health data, biometric data, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or trade union membership. Please do not send us any of these through the Site.

4. How we use your information

To respond to enquiries and schedule and conduct calls

To prepare an account teardown or proposal you have requested

To provide, operate and improve our services

To send you commercial and marketing communications where you have opted in or where we have a lawful basis to do so

To measure, attribute and improve our advertising, including building and refining audiences

To operate, secure, monitor and troubleshoot the Site

To keep business records and to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations

To establish, exercise or defend legal claims

5. Legal bases for processing

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

Consent, for non-essential cookies, advertising identifiers and marketing email where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Contract, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform one.

Legitimate interests, for operating and securing the Site, business development, measuring advertising and improving our services, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligation, for tax, accounting and regulatory record keeping.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies. These fall into three groups:

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to load, for security, and for basic functionality such as remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics and performance. Used to understand how visitors find and move through the Site so we can improve it.

Advertising and measurement. Used to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant advertising on third-party platforms. This includes tools such as the Meta pixel and Conversions API, and equivalent tools operated by other advertising platforms we use.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through the cookie banner on the Site. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law.

7. Advertising, analytics and measurement partners

We advertise on and measure performance through third-party platforms. Depending on the campaign, these may include Meta Platforms, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and similar services, together with analytics and attribution tools. These partners may set their own cookies and receive event data about your interaction with the Site, including hashed identifiers such as a hashed email address where you have provided one.

These partners act as independent controllers or, in some cases, as joint controllers with us for the data they receive. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We are not part of, endorsed by, or affiliated with any of these platforms.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share it with:

Service providers acting on our instructions, including hosting, website and form providers, scheduling and calendar tools, CRM and email platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, and professional advisers

Advertising and measurement platforms as described above

A buyer or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation or sale of assets

Regulators, courts, law enforcement or other parties where we are required to do so by law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our clients or the public

We require service providers to protect personal information and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Enquiry and prospect records are typically retained for up to [ 24 ] months from your last interaction with us unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client and financial records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law in the relevant jurisdiction. Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained indefinitely.

10. Security

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant regulator where the law requires it.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

Access. To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Correction. To have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.

Deletion. To ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Portability. To receive your information in a portable format, or to have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.

Objection and restriction. To object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.

Withdrawal of consent. To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Non-discrimination. To not be treated differently for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also authorise an agent to request on your behalf, subject to verification.

12. Notice for California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the rights described above, together with the right to know the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties it is disclosed to. Those categories are set out in sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 of this policy.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Our use of advertising and measurement tools may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising as that term is defined under California law. You may opt out by using the cookie controls on the Site, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, or by contacting us at [email protected].

Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas, may exercise equivalent rights through the same contact route.

13. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. If you are located in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or another region with data transfer restrictions, your information may be transferred to a country that does not provide the same level of protection as your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

14. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us, and we will delete it.

15. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider and hosted video. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services, and this policy does not apply to them.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where the law requires it, we will notify you directly.
